About Bridgewater Manor

The Bridgewater Manor is Central New Jersey's premiere catering facility for private banquets and corporate functions of every type and size.

The stage is set for a fabulous affair from the moment your guests gaze upon the magnificent and impeccably maintained facility that is the Bridgewater Manor. Once inside, the anticipation heightens as they stand before an imposing, double-winding staircase of grand proportions rising from an expansive two-story atrium with glistening marble floors and exquisite furnishings-confirming that a spectacular event is about to commence.

The party begins when you join your guests in one of three magnificent banquet rooms, each with its own special ambience, decorated according to the theme of your affair, the taste of your guests, and the mood you wish to create.

It all proceeds smoothly, easily, and naturally, because your personal banquet manager has listened attentively to your every word from the start, and has orchestrated every aspect of your event, from the delectable hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, and gourmet entrees that are made-to order (not pre-made then heated!) to the exquisite table settings and special decor, to the expert, white-glove bar service and dinner service.

The Bridgewater Manor abounds with special facilities and services to ensure the success of any affair, such as a manicured garden terrace with courtyard and gazebo overlooking a private pond with a fountain.

Amazing

Posted by jollyjumper on 8/26/2008

My family had my brother's wedding at the Bridgewater Manor and then I got married there 6 years later. All I can say is that the food and service was even more amazing! From the gardens out back, to the elaborate cocktail hour, my family thought my parents had hit the lottery it was so impressive.... (They’d be shocked at what we really spent..) The only reason I gave it a "very good" was because it rained, other then that, it deserves an A+++)

Senior Luncheon - terrible service

Posted by lynne15 on 12/13/2007

The Branchburg Senior Citzens had their annual luncheon here. The service was terrible. The food was not warm. The rolls were frozen in the center. The cheesecake did not have fresh strawberries. The seniors were not even allowed to take their uneaten food home. Prior to this I had heard good things about this place. Now , I would not recommend it to my dog.

Response from Bridgewater Manor

Thank you for taking the time to give some feedback on the experience you had at the Bridgewater Manor. Although it is not a typical experience, you were obviously extremely unhappy. We also strive to put forth our best no matter what type of group we are catering to. We pride ourselves in customer service and make it a point to make sure all our guests are satisfied. I wanted to first begin by explaining that our insurance company prohibits our customers from taking any uneaten food home because of our liability policy. They are concerned about clients mishandling the food and getting sick once they leave our premises. We are sorry that you felt affected by this policy. Our rolls are delivered fresh daily, so I am not sure how they could have been frozen. As for the cheese cake, the host had requested "Strawberry Sauce." Therefore, there would not have been fresh strawberries. Again, my apologies that you were unhappy. Although we were voted 2007 and 2008's Best of the Best Caterer's by the Knot Magazine, I am sure there is always room for improvement. If you felt the service was poor, please feel free to contact me, I would love to hear more feedback. Thank you, Rachel Jordan

Have gone there for several luncheons and found the food was very good as well as a large selection of entrees and appetizers. The service was also very good.
